As of April 28, 2026, GIG Karasek GmbH will operate under the name GKT GmbH.
This name change reflects a clear step forward: we are strengthening our role as a system partner
for key industrial technologies, with a focus on efficiency, decarbonization, and economically viable process solutions.

For nearly 90 years, our company has stood for technical precision and process engineering expertise. Building on this foundation, we have systematically expanded our capabilities—from classical thermal separation technology to integrated solutions for the holistic optimization of energy and material flows.
In recent years, we have increasingly focused on technologies that directly address where industrial competitiveness is created: CO₂ valorization with ECO2CELL, waste heat recovery with CompriVAP and VarioVAP, as well as IIoT-enabled digital solutions.
