Our Use Case
BASF relies on CompriVAP by GKT in Ludwigshafen
As EPC partner, GKT is implementing one of the world’s most powerful industrial large-scale heat pump systems for BASF.
The plant, with up to 50 MWth, converts industrial waste heat into fossil-free process steam and can reduce up to 100,000 tons of CO₂ per year.
Commissioning is planned for 2027.
